Web Bittorrent Client

About qBittorrent

Aug 13, 2018. Updated for 2020. An online torrent client lets you download torrents online, in your browser, without sharing them and without downloading a torrent program. All you need is a browser like Chrome or Firefox, and a torrent file, which you can get on any torrent website. Another benefit to most online torrent programs is that once you’ve told the website to load your torrent, you can. BitTorrent Web makes it easy to stream torrent files. Once installed into your favorite browser, the web torrent client allows you to download any file type into the folder of your choice. However, if the file is audio or video based, you can stream the file within your browser window via the built-in player.

The qBittorrent project aims to provide an open-source software alternative to µTorrent.

Additionally, qBittorrent runs and provides the same features on all major platforms (FreeBSD, Linux, macOS, OS/2, Windows).

qBittorrent is based on the Qt toolkit and libtorrent-rasterbar library.
